Songwriting Boston brothers Erik and Mark Kniffin formed the group, Letterik, about 10 years ago. Early recordings were as a trio, but the recent line-up is a foursome featuring female drummer Heidi Moesinger and bass/guitarist Julia Hillabrant. The band continues to refine its sound by blending more acoustic music with its improvised music. Letterik is releasing its sixth album "Backslide" this fall. |
